"Jenna is lovely and easy to work with! The client information form is very detailed, so from the get go she has all the information she needs. Jenna looked after my puppers over Christmas and it was a Godsend not having to worry about them and being able to enjoy my holiday. I’m quite particular with who I chose to look after my dogs because my big boy needs medication daily and also needs someone who can tell if he’s in pain and can deliver the right amount of pain relief. He comes with his on manual which through Jen’s meet and greet I felt really comfortable leaving them with her. From start to finish the process was super easy and very transparent. I was given photo updates everyday as discussed and all of my instructions were followed. She even went above and beyond when I had forgot to restock crickets for the lizard and she had to go out and get some. Coming home was easy, I selected the option to do a handover through message so I could come straight home and relax. Jen left the place immaculate, which was a feat in itself as I had a professional cleaner come through just before her stay. Not only did she look after the dogs, keep the house clean but she even took it upon herself pick up the back yard and water the plants. 😊 I would highly recommend Jen’s pet care if you are looking for someone who will absolutely adore your pets, is professional from start to finish and is trustworthy! ☺️ Thanks Jenna!"

"Jen is reliable, talented, highly professional, caring and very clearly passionate about all animals - not to mention her services are very reasonable, especially as she goes above and beyond for your pet. She’s been walking my Cavoodle Toby for 8-9 months and my dog literally sat at the gate and cried for her to come back after their first few walks! She works with him to walk on a loose-lead, learn not to bark at other dogs, she’s taught him tricks and manners - more importantly she’s taught ME how to teach HIM quickly and effectively without making me feel like a complete goose! You’re not just getting a dedicated dog walker - she takes amazing photos of your pooch, teaches general obedience and “everyday skills” whilst providing stimulation, exercise and love to your pet. It’s probably the best service I’ve ever received, on top of making your pup even more loveable and well rounded. He looks at her so adoringly, the bond is palpable. My highest recommendations."

"Jen is a lovely girl and my dogs adore her. Nala and Bear Bear lose their minds when I tell them it's, Jen Day. My other dog Nessie is 15 and can no longer do a long walk but she now has a pusher and Jen gives N a five to ten minute walk and the rest of the time N is in the pusher enjoying the world with her special friend Jen. Our dogs are tired and very happy after their walks. I can totally recommend Jen,she is lovely and kind and my poochers love her."

"We used Jen's Pet Care when we went overseas for 3 weeks this year. Jen cared for our labradors, our cat and our son's bearded dragon in our home for this time. Our dogs are very social and a bit demanding and Jen handled them beautifully. We were sent updates and pictures daily (you can say yes or no to this) but we loved seeing our babies happy and well cared for including following diet needs and regular walks. Our home was clean and well maintained when we returned and it's obvious our space was respected while we were away. We can't recommend Jen highly enough and will definitely be asking her to pet sit for us on our next trip away."

"Jen is always reliable and respectful. I completely trust her in caring for my dog Reuben. There have been many last minute requests for pet sitting that Jen has been able to accomodate and always updates me with photos to put my mind at ease with how he is going. Working shift work can be hard, however, I know Reuben is well cared for. I also appreciated the time that I accidentally forgot to leave a spare key. Jen met me halfway without complaint so I could give her my main 🔑 key. Jen did not deduct time from her play date with Reuben and actually ended up spending extra time without complaint. It is evident that she loves animals which is very comforting when you’re letting someone into your home and to care for your furbabies 🐶 10/10 recommend 😋 PS. "I would highly recommend Jen for her services, I have used her for Pet Transport (3x weekly) for a couple of months when recovering from operation. She is punctual, polite, friendly and her love for animals comes through naturally. Charlie also goes on Adventures walks with her and has a awesome time exploring along the way.
