Pairings for social walks are made based on temperament, walking styles, physical fitness and energy levels, walk length, age and physical size. These pairing are designed to be complimentary to ensure both animals are benefiting from the walks. Throughout these walks your dog will practice appropriate dog-to-dog manners, life skills and confidence building, whilst also having the opportunity to express natural behaviours.

Local walks with reactive dogs focus on keeping your dog in a calm state of mind and preventing furthur negative experiences wherever possible. This is done through counterconditioning and desensitisation which are used to replace your dogs negative association with their triggers for a positive one through positive reinforcement.

$120 for 90-minutes of walking

Are you struggling to keep up with your dogs high energy needs or offering them appropriate outlets for natural behaviours? Adventures are a great way to give your dog time to be a dog and express their natural behaviours in a productive manner whilst also practicing vital life skills like recall and engagement!

Perfect for young dogs or high energy breeds

Adventure walks take place in exciting areas of nature such as Kuitpo Forest and Tangari Regional Park with interesting smells, sights and sounds that provide invaluable mental stimulation for your with the freedom to roam and explore at their own pace with the safety of a long-lead. These walks offer the perfect opportunity to express natural behaviours such as following a scent trail, digging and exploring in a safe environment with plenty of space and a wide variety of stimuli.

$25 for a 20-minute visit

Do you need someone confident and experienced to check in on your exotic animal/s while you’re away? With plenty of experience working with rabbits, birds and other exotic animal and owning several reptiles of my own, I can help!

These visits are the perfect length for your pet to get a fresh feed (even live bugs!), fresh water, new litter or spot-cleaned substate, replace bedding and turn heat sources/lights on or off.

$45 for the first hour, then $40 per hour

Are you going out for a late night wedding or don’t have time to visit your pet at home between work and dinner plans? These visits are the perfect way to break up the evening and keep your pet content!

Perfect for: Dogs that prefer to stick to a schedule or aren’t used to being alone for longer periods

These visits offer a variable length to suit your pet as an individual. This time can be used for a dinner feed, a relaxing walk, administering medications or just some peaceful pats on the couch.

Are you going away but want to leave your pet in the comfort of their own home? Drop-ins are a great option to ensure your pets’ needs are met without the stress of staying in an unfamiliar environment!

Perfect for: Cats or dogs that are comfortable on their own overnight

These visits allow your pet to stay in their own space and give ample time for feeds, replacing water, cleaning litter boxes or clearing waste from the yard, administering medications and some cuddles for the more social animals.
